Automatic backwashing carbon filters are designed and manufactured for outstanding service. All brass valve, fiberglass media tank, and granular activated carbon are manufactured in the USA for reliable operation. Backwash and cleansing cycles are initiated by a 7-day timer with fully adjustable controls.

NOTES:
Capacity is 300,000 ppm removal of organics per cubic foot of carbon.
 Water should be free of suspended solids and oil and relatively free of turbidity and iron.
<25 psi drop at peak flow rate.
 Use minimum capacity when sizing units.
 Carbon is an industrial grade 12x40 mesh with an iodine number of 1,000 and maximum ash continent of 6%. This carbon  is not suitable for high purity or dialysis applications.
 Optional Calgon granular activated carbon may be used in high purity applications
